Layers of Flavors
Every morning, fresh ahi (yellowfin tuna) caught in rich Hawaiian waters, arrives at the local auction block. Our supplier purchases whole fish and delivers to us the quality raw poke (cubes of ahi) to create our custom poke box mixes.
Fresh salmon arrives from the Pacific Northwest, delicious scallops from Hokkaido, Japan, and succulent shrimp from Vietnam.
In addition to traditional sides like cucumber and avocado, we offer Asian favorites like KimChee Daikon (radish), Daegu (spicy cuttlefish), Edamame (soybeans) and Okinawan Sweet Potato.

Our sauces are handmade, crafted not from a recipe book, but from memory. Ranging from mild to very, very spicy, some sauces are allowed to ferment for up to a week, bringing out its full flavor.
